A ceramic protection coating which contains: refractory components, including sharp-edged corund grains, as a base; silty substance, preferably kaolin and a binder, preferably silicic acid sol. The coating is distinctive in that it consists of a homogeneously mixed refractory base in the form of sharp-edged and/or non-isometric grains 1 μm to 120 μm in diameter, a refractory substance in the form of sharp-edged and/or non-isometric grains 120 μm to 200 μm in diameter, silty substance and a binder in the form of aqueous solution of one or more substances, becoming a formless phase when dehydrated. The percentage of particular components is as follows:- a refractory substance in the form of sharp-edged and/or non-isometric grains 1 μm to 120 μm in diameter, amount 50-90 % by weight, preferably 75 % by weight,- a refractory substance in the form of sharp-edged and/or non-isometric grains 120 μm to 200 μm in diameter, amount 1-49 % by weight, preferably 20 % by weight,- a silty substance, amount 1-9 % by weight, preferably 5 % by weight,- a binder per dehydrated substance in relation to the mass of a refractory base, amount 1-25 % by weight, preferably 6 % by weight.
