PURPOSE:To simplify the address circuit of a memory circuit of a reproducer and to eliminate the effect due to shift of words in a digital signal, by providing a discriminating signal having an address signal of a memory circuit for storage and a synchronizing signal to each split signal and recording the signal on a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:Luminance and color difference signals of each picture element forming one screen arranged in matrix are produced with a matrix circuit 3 receiving a color TV signal and the signals are applied to A/D converters 4- 6. The digital luminance signal and the two kinds of digital color difference signals from the converters 4-6 are applied to memories 9-11. A control signal in synchronizing with a block sent from a TV synchronizing signal generator 2 is applied to the converters 4-6 and the memories 9-11, and an output from the memories 9-11 is applied to a switching circuit 15. A header signal from a header signal generator 17 is applied to a circuit 15 via a memory 18, the circuit 15 switches the outputs of the memories 9-11, and 18 in the prescribed order and is recorded at a digital recorder 19 added with the header signal. |
