PURPOSE:To manufacture the tubular vessel which scarcely causes thermal deformation and has high precision by butting a neck part of a member to be welded with a neck to a vessel main body, and forming the vessel by joining its butt part by laser beam welding. CONSTITUTION:As for a joint part of a flange and a barrel tube 2 of a tubular vessel, a butt joint is obtained by adopting a flange 1 with a neck, therefore, laser welding can be executed. Also, as for a joint of a branch part, by adopting a barrel tube 5 having a branch, a butt joint to the barrel tube or a butt joint to the flange with a neck is obtained, and laser welding can be executed. In such a way, the tubular vessel which scarcely causes thermal deformation and has high precision can be manufactured. Also, since a heat affected zone is small, the joint strength and the corrosion resistance can be improved. |
