摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency, and to make it possible to miniaturize and manufacture in a short period of time by a method wherein the title current transformer is composed of a wound core, a coil which is wound on the wound core and an insulated layer, and the coil is formed by winding a band-like copper ribbon and an insulating tape while they are being lapped. CONSTITUTION:The title current transformer is composed of a wound core 1, a coil 7 which is formed by winding a band-like copper ribbon 7a on the core 1, and insulating layers 3 and 3 on which an insulating tape 3a is wound. At this point, the coil 7 is formed by winding the copper ribbon 7a, which is narrower than the tape 3a, through the intermediary of the insulating tape 7a which is partially wrapped. Also, the insulating layer 3 located between the coil and the winding core 1 is formed by winding an insulating tape 3a before the coil 7 is wound. Accordingly, as the copper ribbon is widely and thinly formed, it has excellent cooling effect, and a through type current transformer can be made small in size. Also, as the copper ribbon and the insulating tape are wound simultaneously, the time required for manufacture can be cut down.</p>
