PURPOSE:To surely realize the pasting of skin material to the end part on the rear surface side of core material without effort by a method wherein the core material is pushed through the skin material in the recessed part of a mold so as to project the projected parts, which are deformed outwards by the core material, of the mold to the end part on the rear surface side of the core material by means of the own elasticity of the projected parts. CONSTITUTION:When a pusher 45 is lowered, a core material 2 deforms the skin material 3 the projected part 16 on both side parts of the recessed part 15 of a bottom force 14. When the lowering of the pusher 45 completes, the core material 2 passes through the projected part 16 of the bottom force 14. Under the above-mentioned condition, the projected parts 16 on both sides of the bottom force 14 project by means of their own elasticity through the skin material 3 to the end part 5 on the rear surface side of the core material 2, resulting in pasting the skin material 3 to the end part 5 on the rear surface side of the core material 2 by the projected parts 16 of the bottom force 14. And, at the same time, the end part 7 of the skin material 3 is moved so as to be enfolded to the peripheral part 6 on the rear surface of the core material 2. Next, by lowering a top force 38 together with a plate 34, the projected part 39 of the top force 38 is pushed through the end part 7 of the skin material 3 in the peripheral part 6 on the rear surface of the core material 2. As a result, since the end part 7 of the skin material 3 is pinched between the core material 2 and the projected part 39 of the top force 38, the peripheral part 6 on the rear surface of the core material 2 and the end part 7 of the skin material are pasted to each other. |
