PURPOSE:To directly generate an adequate bias pattern corresponding to the oil leaking amount, and thereby to reduce a starting shock at the least value by controlling an electromotor by a torque instruction corresponding to the cage load. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detector 14 is installed to detect a cage load, which consists of the weight of the cage 5 itself and the weight of passengers in the cage 5, as a pressure of a cylinder 2. And the output signal 14a of the pressure detector 14 is input to a starting compensation instruction generating circuit 34. Then, a rotation speed instruction omegar* which is the adding value of the speed instruction omegar1 of a speed instruction generating circuit 33, and the starting compensation circuit speed instruction omegar2 (omegar3) of the output of a speed memory circuit 36; the output of a pulse encoder 22, that is, the rotation speed omegarM of an inductive electromotor 21; and a starting compensation instruction tauwhich is the output of a starting compensation instruction generating circuit 34 are input, and a torque instruction tau* corresponding to the load of the cage is output. |
