<p>PURPOSE:To enable precision working without giving a warpage to a product by driving the respective rollers such as a contact bonding roller and a pulling roller so that the upper and lower rollers are synchronized and the rotary circumferential spreads thereof coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:In the case of operating an equipment, the turning force of the rotary shaft of a motor 10 is successively transferred to a downside roller driving gear 12b, a rotary shaft 20b, a sprocket 16a, a chain 16c, a sprocket 16b, the axis of a downside pulling roller 9b, a sprocket 17a, a chain 17c, a sprocket 17b and the axis of a downside contact bonding roller 5b. Both the downside contact bonding roller 5b and the downside pulling roller 9b are synchronized and driven. On the other hand, the turning force of the motor 10 is transferred to an upside roller driving gear 12a from the gear 12b. In the same route as the downside, the turning force of the motor 10 is successively transferred to the axis of an upside pulling roller 9a and the axis of an upside contact bonding roller 5a from the gear 12a. Accordingly the roller 9a is synchronized with the roller 5a and also synchronized with the roller 5b and the roller 9b and driven. It is prevented that strain and a warpage are given to an object.</p> |
