<p>PURPOSE:To operate the circuit even at a low power supply voltage by adopting the circuit constitution the quantity of not a voltage but a current is detected to obtain the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:When an increasing current 1 is larger than a sum of a current I1 being a current capacity of a 2nd current source and a current I2 being a current capacity of a 3rd current source, a discharge circuit Q5 and a current source stop means Q6 are acted by an instruction given by a charge discharge changeover means B. That is, a charge current from the 1st current source is not fed to a capacitor C and as soon as the charge stored in the capacitor C is discharged, the current I2 from the 3rd current source is not fed to a resistor R. In this case, the discharge voltage across the capacitor C is decreased and the current I is decreased by a current control means. When a decreasing current I is smaller than the current I1, the discharge circuit Q5 and the current source stop means Q6 are stopped by an instruction given by the charge discharge changeover means B. Thus, the circuit is acted even at a low power supply voltage.</p> |
