<p>PURPOSE:To record information by a simple thermal means by forming a thermal reversible recording layer for recording information by using a thermal reversible recording material containing a matrix material composed of a styrene-butadiene copolymer and saturated carboxylic acid or the derivative of said saturated carboxylic acid. CONSTITUTION:A thermal reversible recording material contains a matrix material for film formation consisting of a styrene-butadiene copolymer and saturated carboxylic acid. When a card substrate 11, to which a foundation layer 12 is formed, is moved in the right direction and a revolving roll 14a is turned to the right, a solution made up of the styrene-butadiene copolymer, stearic acid and tetrahydrofuran is dropped continuously to a section near the right side of the revolving roll 14a from a solution supply section 15a. Accordingly, the solution layer 13a of the thermal reversible recording material extended in specified thickness is formed onto the surface of the foundation layer 12 on the left side of the revolving roll 14a, and a thermal reversible recording layer 13 in 20mum film thickness is shaped onto the surface of the foundation layer 12 by injecting hot air at approximately 90 deg.C and drying the solution layer 13a of the thermal reversible recording material by using a dryer.</p> |
