PURPOSE:To attain reception processing to only a packet of a newest time by aborting a packet whose transmission time is confirmed to exceed a preset prescribed time and aborting a received packet whose transmission time is delayed more than other packet of a same address already received. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission time of a received packet exceeds a preset prescribed time with respect to a current time, the received packet is discriminated not to be a newest data, and an abort processing section 7 aborts the relevant packet. Moreover, a packet transmission time (b) is read by a table comparison section 5 and a transmission time table 6 is referenced and when it is confirmed that the transmission time of the received packet is delayed more than that of other packet, the received packet is aborted. Thus, only a packet with a newest time is received and processed.
