PURPOSE:To facilitate alignment in position between each lead and each pad when a printed wiring board is packaged in by fitting leaf spring projections energized to the joint surface side of the printed wiring board into fitting holes provided for the printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A surface mounting connector 1 is provided with plural leads 3<-1> through 3<-pi> provided so as to be adjusted to plural pads 14<-1> through 14<-pi> which are furnished with the both surfaces of a printed wiring board 10. In this plate, leaf springs 7a and 7b provided with projections 9a and 9b are fitted onto the recessed section 4a and 4b of the connector 1. And when the printed wiring board 10 is packaged in the connector 1, the printed wiring board 10 is aligned in position with the connector 1 while the projections 9a and 9b are fitted in fitting holes 13a and 13b provided for the printed wiring board 10. By this constitution, when the printed wiring board 10 is packaged in the connector 1, leads 2-1 and 3-1 can thereby be aligned with pads 11-i and 14-i with ease. |
