<p>Low-level water concentrations are measured in gases by an electrolytic cell (100) in which contaminating epoxy components present in conventional electrolytic cells have been eliminated. A metal-glass connection seal (108) mechanically fixes the glass detection unit (12) within the metal housing (18) of the cell (100) and provides a leak-proof barrier (108) between the entrance (88) and exit (90) of the cell (100). Electrical insulator assemblies (140) serve as insulators for the cell electrodes (46 and 48) and also provides a leak-proof barrier (108) where the electrical connections penetrate the metal housing (18) of the cell (100).</p> |
