Gearwheel drive with lubrication of shaft bearings - has two meshing gearwheels and oil collecting trough
摘要
A gearwheel drive has at least two superposed intermeshing gear wheels of which the lower gear wheel projects by its gear rim into an oil sump. On one end side of the gearwheels (8,9) beneath the inlet wedge (17.1) there is an oil collecting trough (13) to collect up the lubricating oil which is pressed out of the inlet wedge and carried along by the lower gear wheel (9) from the oil sump (18). This collecting trough can enclose the shaft (3) of the upper gear wheel (8) and forms an oil sump (13) for a second gear wheel (7) seated on the shaft (3). This gear wheel in turn forms the lower gear wheel of a further pair comprising an upper wheel (6) and lower wheel (7). ADVANTAGE - Simple lubrication without an oil pump.
