DRY SHRINKAGE REDUCING AGENT FOR CONCRETE AND CEMENT CONTAINING DRY SHRINKAGE REDUCING AGENT BLENDED THEREIN

PURPOSE:To enable prior mixing with cement and improve the operating efficiency by impregnating zeolite with a liquid dry shrinkage reducing agent for concrete and providing a solid form. CONSTITUTION:Powdery zeolite (e.g. p type zeolite of <=44mu grain size produced as a raw material for fly ash) having oil absorptivity in an amount of 10 pts.wt. is impregnated with 5-10 pts.wt. liquid dry shrinkage reducing agent (e.g. an alkylene oxide polymer in which a lower alcohol is added) for concrete to afford a solid dry shrinkage reducing agent. The resultant shrinkage reducing agent as a dry shrinkage reducing agent is premixed with cement so as to provide about 2.5wt.% to afford cement containing the dry shrinkage reducing agent blended therein.
