PURPOSE:To improve its electrical characteristics and humid-load resistance characteristics by blending respective constituting elements in a desired composition ratio, baking the unbaked material in the air and subsequently heat treating the baked material in a high-concentration oxygen atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Pb in an amount of 30-70wt.% on PbO base is blended with metal oxides such as MnO2, Co2O3, La2O3, Sb2O3, NiO, MgO and ZrO2 in a desired ratio and the resultant mixture is calcined at 700-800 deg.C. After grinding, a binder, an organic solvent, etc., are added thereto and the resultant mixture is formed to obtain the unbaked material. The unbaked material is then baked in the air at 900-1150 deg.C for 0.5-3hr and heat treatment is subsequently carried out in a high-concentration oxygen atmosphere of 21-100vol% oxygen concentration at 600-1000 deg.C for 0.25-150hr, thus obtaining the objective perovskite-type high-dielectric porcelain composition containing Pb as its constituting element. |
