<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title device having simple structure, preventing damage of rice for KOJI, mass-producing uniform KOJI by sending air in a section chamber of side part subjected to temperature control into a main section chamber. CONSTITUTION:First, a section chamber 3 of side part subjected to temperature control by a temperature regulator 15 is installed at the side part of a main section chamber 25 and air in the section chamber of side part having controlled temperature is sent to the main section chamber 15. Plural-stage conveyors 33A, 33B and 33C are arranged in several stages in the main section chamber 15. Then, rice for KOJI is supplied by a delivery device 41 and fed to one side of the highest conveyor 33A by a belt conveyor 37 constituting a feeder 35 of rice for KOJI. Successively, rice for KOJI on the conveyor 33A is leveled into uniform thickness by a leveling means 35C for rice for KOJI constituting the feeder 35 for rice for KOJI and continuously transported to the belt conveyors 33B and 33C to manufacture KOJI. Finally KOJI is delivered from the other end of the conveyor by a discharging device.</p> |
