PURPOSE:To line the inner surface of a tank stably by forming a screw part on the outer peripheral surface of a nozzle part which projects inward from the tank wall surface, and lining the inner surface of the tank wall surface, and then screw- connecting a cylindrical material made of a lining material for covering the nozzle part, and thereafter welding the cylindrical material and lining material together. CONSTITUTION:A screw part 21 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a part which projects inward from a tank wall surface 10 in a nozzle part 20, and a predetermined lining material 30 is stuck to the inner surface of the tank wall surface 10 via an adhesive agent layer 60, and thus the inner surface of the tank wall surface 10 is lined with the lining material 30. A cylindrical material 40 formed with a screw part 41 is previously manufactured with the same lining material as the lining material 10. On the tip surface of a part that projects in the tank wall surface 10 of the nozzle part 20, a packing 50 is brought into contact therewith, and the screw part 41 is screw- connected to the screw part 21, and the part that projects into the tank wall surface 10 in the nozzle part 20 is covered with the cylindrical material 40. The part wherein the cylindrical material 40 and lining material 30 are in contact with each other is welded to be connected. |
