PURPOSE:To enhance the illumination efficiency by forming a louver from approx. perpendicular surfaces, thereby thinning the top of the louver, and widening the opening through which the light from the louver surfaces is emitted. CONSTITUTION:A louver 4 is composed of longitudinal louver members 11 and crosswise members 12 so as to form a lattice, which are molded in a single piece from plastics, wherein louver surfaces 13 between the inner side faces of longitudinal 11 and crosswise member 12 constitute a dispersive surface. At these louver surfaces 13 of the louver 4, a plurality of approx. perpendicular louver surfaces 14 are provided in the up and down arrangement and steps 15 facing down are provided between the bottom of the upper stage louver surfaces 14 and the top of the lower stage louver surfaces 14. This louver 4 installed at the projective opening 3 of the fixture body 1 restricts the light from the lamp 2 being projected at an angle exceeding a certain light blocking angle when the lamp 2 in the fixture body 1 is turned on, and the light from the lamp is prevented from reflecting for ex. on a CRT or VDT. |
