The aerated and vented hydraulic oil tank (10) has a guide plate (30) located inside it at a distance from its cover (11). This plate catches droplets of condensation water, and conducts them away via a drainage system (20) connected to a condensate disposal arrangement. The guide plate and the drainage system form a unit which is sealed against the tank walls, and in the guide plate are air exchange holes (32). The plate is connected to the tank cover (11) via distance pieces (31), and air exchange occurs via holes (32, 33) connected to one another in the plate and the distance pieces.
