PURPOSE:To make the 1st page of a paper blank to effectively use the 1st page of the paper by performing one sided copying to a 1st paper and both-sided copying to the 2nd and succeeding papers. CONSTITUTION:In a copying machine 1 in which copying processing is performed to both sides of a transfer paper P by going back from the final page of the original stacked on an original platen 4 from the bottom in order of page, the 1st page of the transfer paper P in copying order is idly fed when the number of pages to be copied of the original is even. When the number of pages to be copied of the original is odd, copying processing is performed to the 1st page of the paper P in the copying order. Therefore, the 1st page of the paper P to which copying processing has been performed corresponding to the order of page of an original image becomes blank in any case. Thus, the 1st page of the paper is effectively used. |
