PURPOSE:To obtain a composition for fry coating having good adhesion to ingredients and used for producing oil fried food without forming a ball by mutually bonding almonds by jointly using almond flake controlled in thickness and nut ground product. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing 50-90wt.% raw or roasted almond flake, preferably having 0.1-0.4mm thickness and about 5-20mm long diameter and 10-50wt.% pulverized product of nut such as peanut or almond, preferably having about 0.5-2mm grain diameter. |
