The grip holes by which thermoplastic carrier bags are carried are reinforced by a strengthening foil on the front wall and a similar foil on the rear wall. There joint is made by a welded spot raster pattern with the spots in inclined rows. The recommended dimensions are a = 2mm, b = 2mm, c = 2mm and the angle ALPHA is 45 deg.
