PURPOSE:To obtain a coating film which improves the surface strength, scratch resistance, etc., of various substrates and has a high refractive index and excellent optical properties by selecting a three-dimensionally crosslinked film having org. sulfide bonds and specifying the refractive index of the film. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensionally crosslinked film having org. sulfide bonds (e.g. a crosslinked film obtd. from a hydrolyzed vinyltriethoxysilane and bismercaptoethyl sulfide) is selected, and the refractive index of the film is adjusted to 1.52 or higher. |
