<p>A billboard device suitable for use in posting up a sheet of advertisement or guide bill in particular on the structure of a vehicle. The billboard device eliminates the necessity of using elastic material such as cardboard for sheets of bills and does not impair the design effect of bills. The billboard device comprises an electrostatic attracting plate (1) comprising an attracting layer (11) of dielectric material and at least one pair of comb-teeth shaped electrodes (12a, 12b) formed on the back surface of the attracting layer.
