摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain excellent uniformity and chemical stability of oxide superconductor by sticking a specific compound to the surface of a superconducting parent material and heat-treating in an oxidizing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A composition having a composition shown by the formula I (A is one or more of Bi, Tl and Pb; B is one or more of Ba, Sr, Bi and Pb; C is one or more of Ca and Y; v=1-2; w=2; x=0-5; y=1-5; z=6-14) or formula II (Ln is one or more of Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd and Dy; M is one or more of Ce and Th; u=0-0.5) is sintered to give a superconducting parent material (A). Then, a simple substance of Cu, Bi, Tl, Mn, Fe, V, Ti, Sb, Cr, Sr, Ca, Ba, Ni, Zn, Li, K, Na, Rb, Cs, Ag, Y or Re (rare earth metal), an oxide (carbonate) thereof, etc., (B) is stuck to the surface of the component A and heat-treated in an oxidizing atmosphere (e.g. O2 gas flow atmosphere) at 300-1,000 deg.C to produce an oxide superconductor having >=1X10<4>A/cm<2> critical current density, etc.
