<p>PURPOSE:To avoid a dangerous work at a high place by a method wherein two sets of lateral symmetrical cutout gears in a tool body and two rollers secured therebetween to pivot and grip a winding grip and a supporting line are driven and made to pivot. CONSTITUTION:An opening 1a is formed at a tool body 1, and two sets of gears 2A, 2B and 3A, 3B having cutouts 2a, 3a at both sides are symmetrically disposed. Rollers 4, 5 having angles of central axes 4a, 5a of 0-60 deg. are provided between the gears 2A, 2B and 3A, 3B. The torque of a motor (not shown in the figure) is transmitted to gears 7, 8 through a clutch 6 to make the gears 2A-2B pivot, and stopped in a state that the rollers 4, 5 are opened. Then, a supporting line 11 and a winding grip 12 are inserted from the opening 1a between the rollers 4 and 5, the gears A, B are made to pivot reversely, the line 11 and the grip 12 are gripped by the rollers 4, 5 to proceed winding. Thus, a dangerous high place work is avoided, and the work can be executed in a safe and efficient manner.</p> |
