An apparatus for applying adhesive emulsion onto surfaces of existing conveyor belts comprising a supporting structure, a drive and a driving cylinder covered with sponge rubber, characterised in that it is equipped with supporting elements (19) in which vertical guides (20) are seated with fork columns (21) installed inside, whereas to the top parts of the fork columns (21) ends of shafts (23) are joined by means of pins (22). On the said shafts (23) rollers (25) are installed by means of bearings (24), whereas under the shafts (23) column bolts (31) with counter nuts (32) are seated in sleeves (30).<IMAGE>
