Process for enhancing the progressive release of gases dissolved in liquids, particularly beverages. The progressive release of the gases is achieved by the conversion of the bottom of the containers into uneven, rough or irregular surfaces, wholly or in part, or by the inclusion of pieces or accessories of suitable material, fixed or movable, having an uneven, rough or irregular surface, totally or in part, or by the application of any rough, uneven or irregular coating.
