The system for controlling a number of floppy disc drivers such that the priority order of use of FDD's is selectively controlled by a user comprises a separating and changing circuit (6) connected between a FDD control unit (3) and FDD's (7,8) for receiving a FDD selection signal (1A) from a main computer (1) in response to the inputting of a keyboard (2) to determine the priority order of use. The separating and changing circuit (6) includes a number of three state buffers (9)(10), the input part being connected to the output of the FDD control unit (3), the output part being connected to the FDD's (7)(8) through connectors (C1)(C2).
