The rest holes (4) except the portion intended for pattern forming (3)(3')(3") are sealed with tape (15) on the steel parts fabrication plate (1). Then the patterned steel parts (7) are inserted only into the holes (6) of pattern (3)(3')(3"). Tape (8) is adhered onto the inserted holes. Common steel parts (9) which are different from (7) are inserted into the rest holes (4) that are opened by removing the sealing tape (5). Surface tape (10) is adhered onto the whole surface, separated from the steel parts fabrication plate (1), inserted and pressed with rings by ring fabrication plte (2), thus letting patterned steel parts (7) and common steel parts (9) be connected by single material to form the patterned steel fabric.
