PURPOSE:To make oil stain marks invisible by providing a ceramic layer, a recessed and protruding layer with the pattern of lumpy spots and having a color tone different from the color of the ceramic layer, and a fluororesin film. CONSTITUTION:Paint D is sprayed on a base material E. Paint made by mixing the organic pigment of metallic oxides or of composite oxides, which is resistant to high temperatures, a thickener, silicone oil and an organic solvent with organic solvent varnish containing polytitanocarbosilane as a binder, is used as the paint D. Further, the color of the paint is preferably black near a jet- black color. Paint A is sprayed on and applied to layer D. As the paint A, it is desirable to use black paint with no white tint, in which fluororesin powder is added to and mixed with paint D. Paint B is sprayed on a layer A so as to be formed into lumpy spots. As the paint B, one made by adding a mica powder pigment to the paint A and mixing therewith is used. After the paint B is dried, paint C in the liquid form of a fluororesin is thinly applied thereto. Even when fats and oils of foodstuffs strike into the ceramic layer A, the stain marks become invisible by a light interference phenomenon due to the black color of the layer A and the lumpy spots of the layer B. |
