A dietetic food is described comprising guar, pectin, apple pomace and/or apple fibre and flavouring substances and sweetener. According to the invention, the food comprises 25 - 40% by weight of guar, 10 - 35% by weight of pectin extract or pectin, 25 - 40% by weight of apple pomace and/or apple fibre and about 12% by weight of flavouring substances and citric acid and a small amount - about 0.5% by weight - relative to the overall composition of sweetener in water-soluble or suspendible form, optionally with addition of minerals and vitamins which are not included in the calculation of the above composition.
