PURPOSE:To make the diameter and pitch of openings greater than the diameter of neck by serving the cylinders of passing holes on both sides for the cylinder of passing hole at the center among cylindrical electron beam-passing holes arranged in a row. CONSTITUTION:In the electrode structure 11, the dish-like electrode plate 12 is provided with the electron beam-passing holes 13, 14, and 15 at the center and on both sides, in which the cylinders 141 and 151 of the passing holes 14 and 15 on both sides are made to serve for the cylinder 131 of the passing hole 13 at the center at the positions 16 and 17 where the three passing holes 13, 14, and 15 contact each other. The electrode structure 11 is formed by boring the passing holes 14 and 15 on both sides of the dish-like electrode plate 12 and then by boring the passing hole 13 at the center in such a way as to make it contact the outer walls of the cylinders 141 and 151 of the passing holes. The effect of the notch 18 formed in part of the cylinder 131 of the passing hole 13 does not matter in most cases. |
