NEW MATERIAL:A glycoprotein with its sugar chain having high mannose-type structure or mannose core structure. USE:A medicine, diagnostic. Retaining the physiological activity inherent in glycoprotein, low in species specificity and antigenicity, also excellent in stability, thus high in medicinal sustainability. PREPARATION:For example, pAc 373 obtained from the polyhedron gene of the baculovirus of armyworm is incorporated with the gene of a glycoprotein with high mannose-type structure and said gene, together with virus DNA, is transfected into the s.f. cells of armyworm origin, and said cells are made to produce the objective protein. |
