<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the wear and tear of a metal mold, to eliminate the local unevenness of the density of a pressed body and to prevent a strain, a deformation or the like after a baking operation by a method wherein a clamping metal-fitting groove part is formed in an arc shape. CONSTITUTION:At flyback transformer cores used at a television receiver, a springy clamping metal fitting is used to clamp one pair of U-shaped flyback transformer cores 1. When a clamping metal-fitting groove part 5 is viewed from the upper part, the clamping metal-fitting groove 5 on the opposite side of a springy clamping metal fitting is tapered so as to surround a clamping metal-fitting groove bank part 2 and a clamping metal-fitting groove end part 4, and the clamping metal-fitting groove end part 4 is formed in an arc shape.</p> |
