FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: implant is used for substitution of sore organ or its part. Implant contains cellular suspension placed in immunoinsulated reservoir made in the form of continuous vessel of spherical or flattened shape, of porous titanium nickelide with transverse size of pores not exceeding 0.5 mcm. Metabolism of cellular suspension corresponding to sore organ is effected through reservoir pores and immune cells do not penetrate through them because sizes of immune cells exceed those of pores.
