PURPOSE:To surely inject the liquid under a high vacuum and to surely eliminate the bubbles contained in a body to be injected by lowering transiently the degree of vacuum and executing priming with respect to a pump for feeding the liquid into the body to be injected in a high vacuum state. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a vacuum desiccator 1 is set to a high degree of vacuum by driving a vacuum pump 1 l, 1,3-butanediol 9 is degassed, and subsequently, the vacuum pump 11 is stopped, and also, by opening a vacuums leak valve 12, the degree of vacuum in the desiccator 1 is lowered transiently, and priming by the butanediol 9 is executed to a liquid feed pump 7 through a liquid feed tube 10. Next, the leak valve 12 is closed, and also, the degree of vacuum of the desiccator 1 is heightened by driving the vacuum pump 11, and the butanediol 9 is injected into an ultrasonic probe 5 from the liquid feed tube 10 by driving the liquid feed pump 7. Thereafter, when the butanediol 9 overflows from the probe 5, the supply is stopped. In such a way, the liquid can be fed in a high vacuum state, and the liquid can be injected surely into such an object of a complicated structure as the probe 5, and bubbles can be eliminated surely. |
