<p>A jet type helmet comprising a shield plate (19) supported to opposite sidewalls of a cap body (1) for opening or closing a window (18), and an air intake hole (8) provided at a front wall of the cap body (1) above the window (18) for introducing the air from forward into the cap body (1) when the shield plate (19) is disposed at its closed position, wherein said helmet further comprises a diffuser (37) disposed at the edge portion of said window (18) and opened toward an inner surface of said shield plate (19) in its closed position to be communicated with the air intake hole (8). When when a wearer of the helmet is slouched at the time of travelling, a fog on the inner surface of the shield plate (19) can be eliminated by introducing an air flow. <IMAGE></p> |
