PURPOSE:To obtain a coated steel plate good in workability by a method wherein, in coating the galvanized sheet iron plated with zinc in a specific unit amt., a high-molecular polyester resin in used as a primer and a fluororesin coating material contg. vinylidene fluoride is used as top coat. CONSTITUTION:The galvanized sheet iron having one side plated with zinc in a unit amt. of at most 90g/m<2> is coated with a rust preventive and high- molecular polyester resin primer as rough coat. As the top coat, the fluororesin coating material contg. vinylidene fluoroide is used. The precoated steel plate thus obtained is durable even when it is used outdoor for the external part of an air conditioner and good in workability and the lower cost can be achieved. |
