<p>PURPOSE:To automatically execute control of moisture addition into blending raw material with high accuracy by calculating fuzzy control quantity of additional water in a mixer based on the measured result of moisture in the blending raw material of sintered ore and the target moisture value preset and controlling the additional water quantity with this fuzzy controlling quantity. CONSTITUTION:The blending raw material from ore storing vessel 10 is carried to a mixer 1a and after mixed with water supplied based on controlling output in a blending raw material moisture control part 16 using the fuzzy logic, this is carried to a mixer 1b to be mixed with water added by additional water ordinarily set to the fixed quantity. After that, this is carried to a charging hopper 3, and then, on the way of this, the moisture in the blending raw material is measured with an infrared moisture meter 13. This measured result is transferred to the blending raw material moisture control part 16 and used as data for inferring water quantity for supplying into the mixer 1a at the next time. To the blending raw material discharged from the charging hopper 3, sinter treatment is executed with a sintering machine 14 and this is made to sintered ore and carried into a blast furnace.</p> |
