The temperature timer regulator is distinguished by its particular feature of maintaining an approximately constant temperature and then changing, after a programmed period, to another, similarly timed, temperature, the latter being notably different from the former. It may be equipped with a device which makes it possible to see the various periods and temperatures which have been programmed or which are in operation. It is characterized in that it comprises, in a functional indication and control plate, a digital device for visualizing regulated, timed magnitudes, a pilot light indicating the running and shutdown status of the apparatus, keys corresponding to the starting and stopping of the programming period and for increasing and decreasing the temperature and the duration, to programming the working temperature and to programming the maintenance temperature, it being possible for the latter to alternate with the visualization of the temperature and the duration which are programmed at any time. <IMAGE>
