PURPOSE:To lower the temperature of a sucking unit and that of a fuel in the vicinity thereof, to prevent the high temperature oxidation of the fuel and to stabilize the quantity of evaporation by feeding a fresh fuel liquid to a fuel reservoir. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of a sucking unit 9 wrapping the outer periphery of a heating unit 8 is dipped in a fuel reservoir portion 10. The fuel in a liquid tank 11 is fed through a supply pipe 13 to the reservoir portion 10. From the reservoir portion 10 the overflowing part is returned via a recovery pipe 14 to a liquid tank 11. The heating unit 8 is an elastic heater and the sucking unit 9 is made of fibers of alumina, silica and the like. The sucking unit 9 sucks up the fuel from the bottom part of the reservoir 10 by a capillary phenomenon, and the fuel thus sucked up is vaporized in the heating unit 8. As described above, since a part of the sucking unit 9 of the vaporizing part is dipped in the fuel reservoir 10, and the fuel is overflowed in the fuel reservoir 10, it is possible to promote the stabilization of the vaporization quantity.
