The device has a self-expandable endoprosthesis (1) for positioning and fixing a heart valve implant in an arota of a patient. A retaining segment has retaining brackets (20, 21) for receiving the heart valve implant. The endoprosthesis has a single-piece structure that is cut from metallic pipe. Position brackets (10, 11) are attached to respective retaining brackets via the structure. Each end section (13) of each position bracket is connected with respective end section (23) of the retaining bracket at a distal end of the endoprosthesis.
