Thermoplastic moulding materials (I) contain 40-95 wt.% polyamide (II) and 5-60 wt.% uncrosslinked copolymer (III) based on (a) 55-79.5 wt.% ethylene, (b) 20-40 wt.% prim. or sec. 2-8C alkyl (meth)acrylate(s), (c) 0.49-8 wt.% (opt. latent)-acid-functinal monomer of unsatd. monocarboxylic acid and (d) 0.01-2 wt.% unsatd. dicarboxylic acid or anhydride. (b) is pref. n-butyl acrylate; (c) is (meth)acrylic acid or tert.-Bu acrylate; (d) is maleic anhydride, maleic or fumaric acid; component (III) has melting range 40-100 deg. C and Tg below -20 deg. C.
