<p>PURPOSE:To accurately designate the delivery destination by providing a document input processing means, a delivery destination read processing means, a storage device, a correspondence processing means, and an output processing means which generates a list of delivery destinations. CONSTITUTION:The delivery destination which is prepared by an input processing means 11 and is entered on a document has information consisting of an organization name 32, a person name 35, and a position 36 of the delivery destination stored in a storage device 14. Code information, for example, a code 31 and a code 34 of this information of the delivery destination are read by a read processing means 12 to obtain a mail number 33 and the person name 35 of the delivery destination by a correspondence processing means 13. Thus, an output processing means 15 accurately prepares a list of delivery destinations of the document by the mail number 33 and the person name 35 obtained by the correspondence processing means 13.</p> |
