PURPOSE:To reduce magnetic gap, and improve magnetic characteristics, by providing a magnetic core main body composed of flat-shaped soft magnetic alloy material and insulator, and a metal outer pipe accommodating said main body, orientating the flat surface of the soft magnetic alloy material in the axial direction of the metal outer pipe, and constituting the soft magnetic alloy material of specified Fe-Si alloy. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic core main body composed of flat-shaped soft magnetic alloy material and insulator, and a metal outer pipe accommodating said main body are provided, and the flat surface of the soft magnetic alloy material is orientated in the axial direction of the metal outer pipe. The magnetic alloy material is Fe based alloy composed of Si equal to or smaller than 8wt.% and impurities which are inevitably contained. Fe equal to or smaller than 5wt.% which constitutes the soft magnetic alloy material may be replaced by at least one of group IVa, group Va, and group VIa elements in the periodic table and Mn, Ni, Cu, Ga, and Al. Further, Fe equal to or smaller than 1wt.% may be replaced by at least one kind of element selected out of B, P and C. The soft magnetic alloy material is formed in powder grain type or thin line type, and the aspect ratio of the powder grain of the thin line is desirably set equal to or larger than 5. |
