摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a high voltage stability by changing the operating method of output current command value from a reactive power compensator for a single-phase circuit and a three-phase circuit and controlling the reactive power compensator based on the command value thus compensating the reactive power in a transmission and distribution system. CONSTITUTION:A current detector 2 detects load current (i) in a transmission/ distribution system 54A and thus detected load current (i) is fed through a bandpass filter 3 to a differentiator 4 which then outputs a primary differentiated value i'f. A supply voltage (e) outputted from a voltage detector 5 disposed on the input side of a single-phase load 53A is applied on a differentiator 6 which then output first and second derivatives e', e''. A non-compensated current operating unit 7 operates a non-compensated current(source current) is based on the i'f, e', e'' and individually inputted peak supply voltage Em and angular frequency omega of power supply. A current command vague operating unit 8 performs operation on the load current (i) and produces an output current command value thus controlling the output current of a compensator 1A.
