<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the image pickup device for microorganisms which allows the sure observation of microorganisms in a short period of time by disposing the immersion type image pickup device in such a manner that the normal direction of the image pickup plane thereof faces perpendicular and controlling the speed of a plunger for fixing the microorganisms in such a manner as not to change at the time of taking in of sample water. CONSTITUTION:The plunger 211 is connected via an arm 221 to a body case 210 and a motor 214 for driving the plunger vertically moves an arm 221 via a driving power converter 215, thereby parting and attaching the plunger 211 from and to the body case. The plunger 211 is provided with glass 218 for fixing the sample having a recess to form a space 230 when the plunger 211 comes into tight contact with the body case 210. Since sludge is prevented from being disturbed and from flowing to the outside at the time of sampling, the exact and efficient monitoring is possible. Since the observation is possible without being affected by gravitational settling, the stable microorganism images are obtd.</p> |
