The invention concerns a bypass turbojet thrust reverser comprising pivoting doors (7) integrated in direct jet in the external wall of the fan air duct (15) and constituting deviating obstacles after pivoting providing thrust reversal. One door (7) consists of a panel (23) forming the external structure and an internal structure (22) which are mechanically dissociated and connected by a junction formed by at least one resilient linkage (25, 26).
