PURPOSE:To obtain a toner using a polyester resin having an improved positive chargeability as a binder resin by using the specified polyester resin as a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The polyester resin that an alkylene oxide adduct of a primary amine compound and/or a secondary amine compound is an indispensable compound as an alcoholic component, is used as the binder resin. The manufacturing method of the polyester resin is in particular not limited, for example, any of methods such as an ester interchanging method, a direct esterification method, a melt polycondensation method, or a solution polycondensation method can be used. By using such a polyester resin as the binder resin, an improved toner in positive chargeability is obtained and it can be widely used as an electrostatic charge image developing toner as an electrophotography, electrostatic recording, and electrostatic printing, etc. |
